The Jennings County Economic Development Commission is hosting its first-ever IgniteJC pitch competition, and we need your help. IgniteJC is looking for innovative thinkers to share their personal and professional passions. Based on an idea-sharing pitch competition held in over 100 cities worldwide, speakers will have 5 minutes to share a new innovative idea or way to improve the community in a fast-paced, fun environment.
Categories will include:
· Best Community Project: DowntownThis project must benefit downtown North Vernon in some way, so think of small business, public art, or community development, but remember, creativity is key.
· Most Innovative IdeaThis category features a new idea, technology, project, or business. Maybe it’s a new startup in the county, a cool new technology, or a concept you’d like to take to market.
