The Jennings County Economic Development Commission and Harmon Construction are pleased to present a new construction, 50,000 sf shell building with industrial or training potential – ready for you to make your own.
Expandable to a minimum of 100,000 sf and constructed without a floor, the facility can quickly and easily be modified to your specific manufacturing, warehousing, or training purposes.
Office space, additional docks, pits, foundations, and cranes can all be easily added to the facility to meet your needs.
Building features:
- Build to suit option to fit needs of tenant with a native design-build team familiar with local requirements and proactive solutions for quick response times.
- Permitted scope includes foundations, erosion control and shell structure measuring 300′ x 166′ 8″, a total of 50,000 sf.
- Pre-Engineered metal building structure with metal siding and two 3′ 0″ x 7′ 0″ metal access doors.
- Expandable and flexible exterior features available with one 300′ wall designed with columns allowing additional bays.
- Building interior bays are 50′ x 27′ 9″ (+/-).
- Eave height is 20’0″. Interior frame clearance ranges from 17′ 7 ½” at side walls to 23′ 4 ½” in the center.
- Ridge height is 26′ 3″.
