The Jennings County Disaster Relief & Assistance Grant (DRAG) is a grant relief program for small business owners who were impacted by COVID-19 in 2020 and aims to help businesses recover certain operational expenses between March 2020-March 2021. This initiative is funded by the Indiana Office of Community & Rural Affairs (OCRA) COVID-19 Response Program, the North Vernon Redevelopment Commission, and the Jennings County Redevelopment Board.
Eligible businesses may apply for up to $10,000 to reimburse eligible expenses. Read the Program Details document carefully before submitting your application.
The DRAG Program has already invested over $278,500 in support of 33 Jennings County/North Vernon businesses, and we look forward to funding more in this next round. If your business suffered due to the COVID-19 pandemic and you meet the eligibility criteria, we welcome you to apply.
NEW applicants may submit applications beginning June 14.
RETURNING applicants may begin submitting applications on June 21.
